A concerned Costas Georgiou (GLBA Chairman) shows Cllr Caliskan an empty high street, it’s a Saturday morning, where are the shoppers? There’s over 20 empty shops now, before the cycle lanes there were two.
“The GLBA’s Costas Georgiou proposed the planting of a tree at the Triangle that can also be decorated at Christmas and Cllr Caliskan promised to look into this.Cllr Caliskan has accepted an invitation from the Green Lanes Business Association to hold a similar event for the business community later on in the year.”
